BTC开场篇

欢迎来到本部落格,希望诸位在往下看的同时,能够根据常理,先回答几个简单问题:

当阁下知道,
(一)在投资房地产时,一进场,就亏了一半以上,必须等三几十年才能回本,你还会进场吗?

(二)在投资股票时,一落单,就亏了一半以上,必须等三几十年才能回本,你还会落单吗?

(三)在投资信托基金时,一签买,就亏了一半以上,必须等三几十年才能回本,你还会签买吗?

(四)在投保“退休保本储蓄计划”时,一储蓄,就亏了一半以上,必须等三几十年才能回本,你还会储蓄吗?

(五)年轻网友们,当你知道你的父母在不知实情下,做了以上的投资与储蓄,你会不理吗?

  1. 如果给予一个没有投资概念的人,已经有了基本保险,又有多余的钱可以多余的储蓄,而且依然还有父母或是老婆孩子,这种储蓄保险是可以考虑的.

    这种保险只要能够确定自己能够稳定的储蓄到期限都没有问题,而且在期限后也不需要马上拿出储蓄在里面的钱,才可以选择签单.

    退休年金计划内要就买单的人活到常常久久才会赢取保险公司的钱,要不然就必须"瓜掉/终生残废"才会得到一笔比自己已经供的款项还要多的赔偿金.

    保险和我们把钱储蓄在银行或是投资是不能够相提并论的.

    今天A把同样的钱储蓄在银行,而B则买了以上的储蓄保险.

    一年后两个都不幸"瓜掉",A的家人会得到多少? B的家人又会得到多少?

    而如果大家都能活到87岁,A又能得到多少? B又能得到多少?


    P/S:我没有购买这保险,却鼓励有很多钱做储蓄,又不懂自己做投资的人购买这储蓄保险.

    很多年轻人分到家产,只要家产是储蓄在银行,容易进出的,都能短时间花光光.

    每一种的产品,投资,地产,或是保险都有好有坏,需要根据不同的人来做调配/

    还有,我第一步踏入股海都没亏了一半或是需要等够30年回本.

    无知的投资,无知到乱买保险才是最风险的.

  2. yy commend is reasonable. Customer must know what they are buying and given option for other type of product. Dont only death benefiot we are talking about, when critical illness happpened, how much they can get for the treatment? what happened to the money they "invested" if they cant continue up to 10 years?
    all must be known to clients and clients prefer to still buy this product, then it is ok with me. Most of the cases, customer were miss lead!

Incident happened in Taiwan already shown us the danger of this kind of income plan..The moment foreign insurance companies making losses and shareholders required to keep pump in money..they will sell of their share here and leave....Wake up my fellow malaysian !! Insurance are meant for protection purpose !! Small money ( low premium ) to create Huge Money ( Large sum assured ) not the other way round !!

  4. 唉喲喲,一大早起來就看到罵來罵去,實在好笑。
    有些人不認同老鷹,老鷹卻說它最棒。吵來吵去也不是辦法。
    既然保險公司只肯擔保少過50 % ,但是老鷹們堅信可以拿到那筆錢,就有請老鷹們私下跟客戶簽合約啊,若保險公司到時給不到,我們老鷹給!
    一來老鷹們沒有損失,又可以向全世界證明自己,二來版主也達到保護客戶權益的目的。一舉兩得,何樂不為!
    如果老鷹們真的去做,btc版主和btc支持者就不要為難了吧!把btc部落格給刪掉吧。
    勇敢的老鷹們,敢敢去和顧客定私自合約吧!讓btc版主知錯,讓btc支持者難堪!

    My name is Bryan. I’m an insurance agent. Here is some sharing for our Malaysian people before they take up or buy any of insurance plans.

    1. PROBLEM RECOGNITION.
    • We need to identify the threat of risks or a potential opportunity and feels the need for a product to protect our self from financial difficulties or to satisfy our retirement needs.

    2. INFORMATION SEARCH
    • We need to search for information or shop around. Search efforts depend on:
    a) the experience in purchasing the product
    b) the importance of the purchase (benefit derived from the purchase)
    c) the value involved

    3. EVALUATION OF THE ALTERNATIVE POLICIES
    • We need to evaluate the product base on a set of criteria, and then we decide on which seller to buy from. Studies shows that the most important factors for the selection of an insurer are:
    a) reputation of the insurer. i.e. Insurance companies ( 60% )
    b) quality of coverage and services provided ( 26% )
    c) policy benefit ( 14% )
    • Other influencing factor is the agent’s personality, professional capability, affordability premium and other term.

    4. PURCHASE
    • Then we make the purchase.

    5. FREE – LOOK PERIOD
    • A policy owner within 15 days after delivery of the insurance policy may return the policy to the insurer and shall be immediately refunded any premium paid in respect of the policy.



    DO NOT DEPENDING TOO MUCH ON AN INSURANCE AGENT.
    ASK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. THE MORE YOU ASK, THE MORE YOU KNOW WHAT THE TRICK IS. BUY WHAT YOU NEED

  6. Is there a misselling here? For a 8 year premium payment plan, the commission paid should be proportionately reduced unless it is NOT a 8 year premium payment plan. Please ask your insurance company to give you a black and white confirmation. If wrong commission is paid away , should insurance company claw back the commission and refund to the policyholder? Perhaps Bank Negara can confirm this point !!

    You are right, BN 1996 OCCGuideline clause 7 stated very clearly as follow :-

    The LIMITSof commissions for a policy of premium paying term less than 20 years shall be the above figures multiplied by a factor t as follow:-
    t/20 x limit on commission. Where, t= term of premium payment for policy in years.

    ex. 8 years premium payment/20x 40 = 16%commission on 8 premiumpaying term policy.

    But for ALL product selling in market now, all insurance company paid 40%to their ragardless 8 or 10 years premium paying term. Some one should sound to BN.

  8. Something must be wrong here ! A 8 year plan should only pay 16% commission and now 40% is paid out. That is why the CV is so BAD as pointed out by BTC. We can conclude that the product is either NOT a 8 year plan ( thus eagle agents have misguided the public) OR a wrong commission is paid out ( then the insurance company will need to claw back all those wrong commission paid out to those eagle agents and refund back to the policyholders as these money belongs to policyholders.)

  9. If you analyse this product carefully, this product does not give you the so called guaranteed return or dividends. In fact, the product has just refunded to you the premium you paid without interest after deducting all the commission cost.That is why the CV is so LOW.
    If it is a 8 year saving plan, the commission can only be 16% according to Bank Negara guideline.If you bought one of these plans, you should write to Bank Negara at bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my to ask for your refund of 24% commission as you have been missold by the agent.

  10. Not ONLY the 1st year 40% commision had to cut, the ALL renewal commissions and the Manager overriding commission have to proportionately cut according to Bank Negara Formula : t/20x40 = Agents & Manager commission.

  11. 本人针对以下老鹰反驳BTC的言论加以说明其中的奥妙:

    BTC说:
    全世界绝对没有人为了退休储蓄而购买‘终身人寿保单’,这是你的老鹰代理员严重误导你的铁证之一(因为终身保单能为他们赚取更高于其它产品的佣金)。

    老鹰反驳:
    - {笨蛋!!!20年的儲蓄保單的傭金不是一樣嗎???}

    对,没错,20年的储蓄保单的佣金是:
    代理员- 40%/30%/20%/15%/10%/10%
    主管- 25%/10%/6%/5%
    总数6年 - 171%

    这是中央银行的规定,保费还20年以上的储蓄保单或终身保单都享有以上的佣金制度。

    但是,现今市场上大多数保险公司所卖的终身‘储蓄’保单,都以还保费10年或8年来吸引顾客投保。

    根据国行的制度,上述还10年或8年的保单,应该以国行规定的方程式:
    10年/20 x 40% = 20%

    8年/20x40% = 16%

    那就是说假如阁下投保的是供期10年的终身'储蓄'保单,代理与主管们应得的佣金应该是他们现在所得的一半而已,以此类推计算供期8年或6年的此类保单。

    各保险公司走中央银行条款的漏洞,推出此类高保费,低保障(低至4年保费的总额),以终身保单为名的所谓‘储蓄’保单,再以其高佣金吸引代理们推销此类保单。对于广大保客是非常不公平的,在此呼吁大家勇于揭发与投诉。

    个人非常同意BTC所述:

    以简单的方法来计算J公司的保单回酬:

    每年22,800 X 8年 = 182,400
    八年后每年所领取的担保现金5,000,也不过是182,400的2.75%而已,计算方法:5000 /182,400 x 100%。(这个数目必须在你缴交了8年保费后才开始得到。不要忘记,当时你的现金担保只剩下89,600,换句话说,公司只是利用你本身的钱,逐年退还5,000给你而已,这有什么好希奇的?)

    也许你的代理员又会告诉你,公司还会另外付你不担保的6.75%的年终花红和终期花红。

    就让我告诉你事实的真相:
    8年的总保费182,400,前6年的保费里,至少有2年的保费,即45,600已经进了代理员和他们主管的口袋。另外1年的保费22,800也已被公司纳为管理行政费用。这两项费用是根据中央银行准则征收的。

    那么公司所剩存款,182,400 – 68,400 = 114,000

    看看保险公司的投资基金经理如何利用扣除佣金,行政费后剩余的114,000,投资得利以备应付每一年的5000担保现金退款。

    5000/114,000 x100% = 4.386%。加 3%每年公司行政费 = 7.386%

    这就是说,基金投资必须获取7.5%以上的回酬才能每年固定退回5000退款于保客。

    但是,要强调的是,根据大马中央银行寿险公司守则,清楚列明 – 保单现金存款的89,600是不允许投资在高风险的领域,例如:股票市场。

    通常保险公司为了安全起见,多数将此款项(89,600)投入政府公债或银行定期存款,以备随时提供保客须要退保的储备金。那就是说,公司仅存24,400(114,000 - 89,600)的款项可自由投资在其他获利较高的领域,如股市。

    众所周知,政府公债或银行定期存款的回酬大约在3%至4%。

    问题是,基金投资经理如何能利用仅存的24,400获取超高的投资回酬,以便协助基金总额114,000达到7.5%以上的回酬,以备分发所谓的不担保年终分红 + 保单终期花红??

    我个人非常怀疑???

    请记住,没有任何保险公司能黑白担保获取高过银行的年利回酬,

    原因是,大部分保险公司的投资款项都存在银行赚取利息。那怎么可能保险公司能够付给高过银行利息的回酬给你呢???

    就是那么简单。

  14. 其实保险人员只收六年的佣金,这种保单叫顾客把原本30年的保费全集中在8年6年一次还清, 保险经纪无疑在六年里把可赚的全赚完,包括本来不能抽佣金的24年的保费,可是保客还沾沾自喜,以为供少了20多年,所以这种保险必须卖给缺乏分析能力的人是没错的。只是我不明白为何应该保护广大客群的中央银行为何批准这种保单,这种销售方式呢?
